Maj. Steven Lopes of the Salvation Army’s Buffalo Branch addressed the Rotary Club of Hamburg on Oct. 23 with a presentation on his role as a leader of the national not-for-profit organization. He said he and his wife are both ordained ministers with the Salvation Army and have made it a lifelong career. Shown with Maj.
